Appliance Elite was professional and efficient right from the initial problem submission process through to the actual repair. They provided a reasonable quote almost immediately, and underpromised and overdelivered with respect to the estimated time it would take for the part to come in compared to when the part arrived and they were able to install. I thought the whole process would take over a week, but our washer was fixed and up and running in only a few days from our original request for a quote. The tech was very friendly, capable and efficient. I will definitely keep Appliance Elite on my appliance emergency call list. Thank you.

Checked out ice maker found problem got parts and fixed quickly. Technician was friendly and through, I would highly recommend them.
