Frequently Asked Question?
Why does my REFRIGERATOR is not cooling?
-
Check the Condenser Coils: Over time, dust, dirt, and debris can accumulate on the condenser coils, causing the refrigerator to not cool properly. Make sure to clean them regularly to ensure efficient cooling.
-
Faulty Compressor: The compressor is responsible for circulating refrigerant throughout the system. If it's not working correctly, your fridge won't cool. If you suspect an issue with the compressor, it may need professional repair or replacement.
-
Malfunctioning Fan Motors: The fan motors inside the fridge circulate air to maintain a consistent temperature. If the fan isn’t working properly, cooling performance can drop significantly.
-
Sealed System Issues: The sealed system, which includes components like the refrigerant lines and compressor, can sometimes develop leaks or blockages. If there’s an issue here, it’s a more complex problem that may require professional attention.

Why does my DRYER is not heating?
-
Check the Duct Hose: Ensure the duct hose isn’t kinked or clogged, as this can restrict airflow and prevent the dryer from heating properly.
-
Inspect the Outdoor Ventilation Grill: Make sure the outdoor vent is clear and free from lint or other blockages. A blocked vent can trap heat inside the dryer and prevent it from releasing, causing overheating or poor drying performance.
-
Test the Breaker: Verify that the power supply to the dryer is working properly. Check your circuit breaker to ensure it hasn’t tripped and that the dryer is getting the correct voltage.
-
Possible Heater Fault: The heating element in the dryer may be faulty and need repair or replacement if it isn't producing heat.
-
Thermostat Failure: A malfunctioning thermostat can prevent the dryer from reaching the proper temperature. This could be another cause of the heating issue.
These are the most common reasons your dryer might not be heating. If you're not sure about diagnosing or fixing the problem yourself, contact us to book an expert assessment. Our team can identify the issue and provide a solution to get your dryer working again.
Why does my WASHER is not draining or spinning?
-
Check the Drain Cap: Debris or small items can get stuck inside the drain cap, blocking water flow. Make sure it's clear of any blockages.
-
Inspect the Drain Motor: If the drain motor appears clear but the washer is still not draining or spinning, the motor itself might have failed and may need replacement.
-
Check for Broken Wires: A broken or loose wire in the system could prevent proper draining or spinning. Look for any visible damage to the wiring.
-
Mainboard Issue: A malfunctioning main control board can send incorrect signals, preventing the washer from completing the drain or spin cycles.
-
Door Latch Failure: If the door latch isn't functioning properly, the washer may not enter the drain or spin cycle, as it might think the door is still open.
These are the possible reasons your washer might not be draining or spinning. If you’re unable to identify the issue or if it’s beyond your knowledge, contact us to book an expert assessment. Our team can diagnose and repair the problem quickly.
Why does my DISHWASHER is not heating or cleaning properly?
-
Check the Heater: The heating element is responsible for warming the water to the right temperature for effective cleaning. If the heater is faulty, it could affect both heating and cleaning performance. Ensure it’s working properly.
-
Inspect the Drain Filter: A clogged drain filter can prevent water from draining properly and lead to poor cleaning results. Make sure the drain filter is clear of debris and clean.
-
Check the Spray Arms: If the spray arms are clogged or not rotating, the water won't be distributed properly throughout the dishwasher. Make sure all spray arms are clear of any blockages.
-
Check the Water Level: If the water level in the dishwasher is too low, it may not clean effectively. Make sure the dishwasher is filling with enough water during the cycle to clean your dishes properly.
These are the common reasons your dishwasher might not be heating or cleaning properly. If you’re unable to identify the issue or if it's beyond your knowledge, contact us for an expert assessment. Our team can diagnose and resolve the problem efficiently.
Why does my ELECTRIC STOVE is not heating properly?
-
Check the Power Breaker: Make sure the power supply to the stove is working correctly. If the breaker has tripped, reset it and see if that resolves the issue.
-
Verify Power Supply: If the power is good but the stove still isn't heating, ensure that the power supply is stable and consistent.
-
Inspect the Heating Element: If the heating element is faulty or damaged, it may need to be replaced. Check for any visible signs of wear or damage.
-
Safety Thermostat: A malfunctioning safety thermostat could prevent the stove from heating properly. The thermostat is designed to regulate temperature and shut off if things get too hot. If it's faulty, it may need replacement.
-
Mainboard Issue: A malfunctioning main control board can prevent the stove from heating, as it may not be sending the correct signals to the heating elements.
-
Harness Wire Fault: A broken or loose wire in the stove's harness could disrupt the connection, preventing proper heating.
These are the common reasons your electric stove might not be heating. If you're unable to diagnose or resolve the issue yourself, contact us for an expert assessment. Our team can identify the problem and provide the necessary repair.
Why does my MICROWAVE is not heating?
-
Check the Door Switch: The door switch ensures that the microwave operates only when the door is properly closed. If the door switch is faulty, the microwave may not heat properly.

Mainboard Issue: A malfunctioning main control board could prevent the rangehood from operating as it should. If the board is faulty, it may need to be replaced.
-
Blower Motor Failure: If the blower motor is not working, the rangehood won’t properly vent or extract smoke and steam. A faulty motor might need replacement.
These are the common reasons your rangehood might not be working properly. If you're unable to identify or fix the issue, contact us for an expert assessment. Our team can quickly diagnose and repair the problem.
Why doe my GAS DRYER is not heating properly?
-
Check the Power Supply and Breaker: Ensure that the power supply to the dryer is working correctly. If the breaker has tripped, reset it to restore power.
-
Check the Duct Hose: Inspect the duct hose for any kinks or blockages. A restricted airflow can cause the dryer to overheat and not heat properly. Make sure the hose is clear.
-
Inspect the Outdoor Vent Grill: Ensure the outdoor vent grill is not clogged or blocked with lint or debris. A blocked vent can prevent hot air from escaping and affect the dryer’s heating performance.
-
Gas Valve Issue: A faulty gas valve can prevent the dryer from heating properly. If the valve is not opening or closing as it should, it may need replacement.
-
Solenoid Issue: The solenoids control the flow of gas to the burner. If they fail, the dryer will not heat properly. Inspect the solenoids for any signs of damage or malfunction.
-

These are some of the common reasons your gas dryer might not be heating properly. If you're unable to diagnose or fix the issue, contact us for an expert assessment. Our team can quickly identify the problem and provide a solution.
How do i extend the lifespan of my appliances?
-
Clean and Maintain Regularly:
- For refrigerators, dishwashers, and washing machines, clean filters, condenser coils, and vents regularly to ensure optimal performance.
- Clean air filters in dryers, rangehoods, and microwaves to prevent buildup of dust and dirt, which can strain the appliance.
-
Check Power Sources:
- Ensure your appliances are connected to a stable power source and check circuit breakers when they stop working. A consistent power supply is essential for longevity.
-
Avoid Overloading:
- Don’t overload washers, dryers, or dishwashers. Overloading can lead to strain on the motor and other parts, reducing their efficiency and lifespan.
-
Use Proper Settings and Cycles:
- Use appropriate settings for your appliances. For instance, choose energy-efficient modes and avoid using high heat when unnecessary. This helps prevent excessive wear and tear.
-
Inspect and Repair Small Issues Promptly:
- Address minor problems like unusual noises, leaks, or malfunctions quickly before they lead to bigger issues. Early repairs can save the appliance from further damage.
-
Protect from External Damage:
- For appliances like refrigerators and dryers, ensure there’s enough space for proper ventilation. For ovens and rangehoods, regularly clean grease buildup to prevent fire hazards.
-
Follow Manufacturer's Maintenance Recommendations:
- Refer to the owner’s manual for specific cleaning and care guidelines for each appliance. Manufacturers provide the best advice for extending the life of their products.
By maintaining your appliances and staying on top of small repairs, you can help them work efficiently and last longer, saving you money on replacements.
